Property plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key labelling distinct areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.
